1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptoPulse ("cryptopulse.uno", the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CryptoPulse provides blockchain analytics, whale tracking, wallet intelligence, and market data across multiple EVM-compatible chains. The Service is offered in free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans (Pro, Trader, API) are billed monthly via Stripe or cryptocurrency via NOWPayments.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of charge.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API.
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. API Usage

API access is available on the API plan. Rate limits apply. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or termination. API keys are personal and non-transferable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of blockchain data, market data, wallet scores, or any analytics provided. CryptoPulse is not a financial advisor. Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoPulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoPulse and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Paid subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
